Trafalgar Square
Continuing Charles Barry’s original 1840s plan for Trafalgar Square, the closure of the north side to traffic balances the needs of traffic and pedestrians, while transforming the life of the iconic square. A once hostile urban environment has been retrofitted and restored as a truly civic space.

Torre de Collserola
Echilibrând cerințele operaționale cu dorința de a crea un simbol tehnologic, Torre de Collserola reinventează turnul de telecomunicații. Bazat pe un concept structural nou, acesta dispune de un tub hibrid din beton și oțel ranforsat, cu un diametru la bază de doar 4,5 metri. Datorită flexibilității sale inerente, turnul poate răspunde evoluției rapide a viitorului în domeniul telecomunicațiilor.

Masdar City

Bloomberg
Awarded the Stirling Prize in 2018, Bloomberg’s European headquarters is located at the heart of the City of London. It is exemplary of sustainable development – with a BREEAM Outstanding rating Its distinctive bronze fins shade the floor-to-ceiling glazing and work as an integral part of the building’s natural ventilation system.
Climatroffice
Evolving from a discussion about grouping buildings inside of large-scale enclosures with their own microclimate, this conversation with Buckminster Fuller formed the basis of the Climatroffice project. Offering considerable energy savings by enclosing the maximum volume of space with minimum envelope surface area – this concept has informed later schemes.

American Air Museum
The Stirling Prize-winning American Air Museum is home to the biggest collection of American aircraft outside of the US, including the B-52 Bomber. The powerful arc roof and the continuous strip of glazing around the base, washes the interior in daylight – resulting in a light and open space.

Commerzbank Tower
At fifty-three storeys, the Commerzbank is the world’s first ecological office tower, and on completion was the tallest building in Europe. Every office is daylit and has openable windows. The building is triangular, comprising three ‘petals’ – the office floors – and a ‘stem’ formed by a central atrium.

Free University
The University was originally designed by Candilis Josic Woods Schiedhelm, with a Corten steel façade designed by Jean Prouvé, following Le Corbusier’s ‘Modulor’ system.
Cladding was replaced with bronze, which as it patinates, emulates its original colour. Uniting the university’s six courtyards, the library’s naturally ventilated, bubble-like enclosure houses four floors.

The Glasshouse International Centre for Music
Part of the project to regenerate Gateshead’s riverside, The Glasshouse is an internationally regarded music centre in England’s North-East, featuring three auditoria and accommodation for the Regional Music School. With its informal atmosphere and unrivalled views out across the Tyne, it has become one of the city’s great social spaces.
